- defects
in the thermal insulation or the complete lack of it
- location
of the heating pipes or cables in the tiled walls or floors as well as
their possible ruptures:
- bearing
walls or the carrying structures (including non-metallic ones)
- new
constructions and new materials
- risk
of condensation leading to mould growth
